Professional Cleaning Services

  • How do I start service?
    We reccomend that you complete a free quote form on our website to let us know which service(s) you are interested in receiving and then someone will contact you. If you do not wish to fill out the form you can call us directly or send us an email.
  • Can I get an estimate over the phone?
    Yes, we will provide you with an estimate once we have either recievd a free quote form or your information over the phone. Please note this is only an estimate and the actual cost of service may vary after we have seen the areas to be serviced in person.
  • Do I sign a contract?
    No. Our services are offered at your convenience. We offer Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, or one time cleanings. You may add an extra day to your service or skip a day if not needed.
  • How much is a cleaning service?
    The cost of a house cleaning is based off the size of your home and what services you wish to receive. Our pricing is very affordable. Office and commercial services are typically hourly based although the size of the areas and the services being recieved also determine the cost.
  • How do add on services work?
    Add ons are extras that can be added to any regular cleaning service that we provide. These can be recieved on a one time basis or with every scheduled cleaning.
  • Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
    We sure do! Your business is very important to us and we want to ensure you are happy and satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with the work performed and paid for, contact us within 24 hours and we will make arrangements to rectify the situation.
  • Do I need to provide any cleaning products or equipment?
    No. We proudly provide everything. Our equipment and cleaning products are high grade and perform excellent.
  • Do you accept tips?
    Tips are not expected but we do accept them. If you choose to give a tip it can be accepted at the end of a cleaning or at the end of the year. Tips and reviews are greatly appreciated, they ensure that we are providing and exceptional service and satisfying our customers.
  • Do i need to be home for my cleaning?
    No. We just ask that you provide us with a way to access your home or building. This can be done with a spare key or garage code.
  • What should I do with my pets?
    We are great with pets and as long as they are comfortable then so are we.
  • What if I need to reschedule?
    No worries. We just recommend a 24 hour notice before your service.
  • How do I pay?
    Payment is due on the day of your cleaning service. You may pay by cash, check, or credit card.
  • How often do you provide services?
    Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, One time.
  • What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
    We will reach out to you and reschedule your service as needed.
  • Can you ensure that your employees are trust worthy?
    We are a family owned and operated business.
  • Do you have insurance?
    Yes. We are 100% fully insured and we are very careful when handling your valuables.
